Quality Assurance

What our Quality Assurance Includes

The MGDE program has an integrated internal quality assurance strategy that is based on partner practices
and a quality management manual.

Structure and Governance

Quality Assurance Board (QB) = quality coordinators from each
partner + 2 students + 1 external evaluator. QB meets 2 times a
year and reports to the Coordination Board (CB).

Tasks: monitoring, recommendations for improvement, evaluation
of QA results.

Tools: student surveys, focus groups, stakeholder assessments.
